This is a company that came into the limelight after Modafinilcat and Afinil Express closed shop. They probably came into existence long before that but they were unknown to us until recently.
If you have ever considered getting some Modafinil pills for recreational use at home, chances are that you have come across dozens of vendors recommended as the best sources of this rare nootropic compound.
Well, the bad news is that a vast majority of them aren’t even in a position to ship anything to you. But still, there’s light at the end of the tunnel as guys like NeoModafinil are still around.
They’ve been doing great but aren’t perfect either! Whew, we know that might sound a bit disheartening but we think it’s important to be frank with you right from the onset.
The company has been faulted for its sluggish customer support and shipping. And when you shoot their customer support a query, it’s their bot that responds to them. You have to send your ticket severally to be connected to a human customer support staff (that sucks!).
Fortunately, no stone is left unturned when working with NeoModafinil. If you got the wrong product shipped, they simply re-ship the right to you – no questions asked. And that to us indicates that this is a company that’s ready to go out of its way to meet its customers’ needs only that they’re yet to put their house in order.
NeoModafinil Overview
From our research, they stock two different forms of Modafinil namely Modalert, Armodafinil Modvigil, and Artvigil. These are generic versions of Provigil and Nuvigil pills at 100mg, 150mg, and 200mg.
The drugs are Made in India by Sun Pharma and Hab Pharma. These are two leading pharmaceutical companies that have been in this business for several decades.
The fact that NeoModafinil works with companies and possibly warehouses that are located outside of the US means that it takes time for their shipments to arrive.
So, if you’re the nervous type, you’ve got to work on that before placing an order with them. From our experience, it takes between 10 and 20 days for orders to arrive.

Known as the second best generic Provigil, this noot is made by Hab Pharmaceuticals – an Indian-based pharma company. It’s widely recommended for the management of ADHD and the promotion of thought clarity. And the best part is that Modvigil is slightly cheaper than Modalert and Waklert. It comes packaged in punctured plastic packaging which is highly flexible.
4. Artvigil
Artvigil is structurally similar to Modafinil. In fact, both contain R-Modafinil which is a highly potent substance known for its psychoactive effects. Once again, this product is produced by HAB Pharma and is thought to be just as powerful but cheaper than Waklert or even Nuvigil. It comes packaged in flexible, plastic packaging and is recommended for dealing with sleep disorders.

Shipping
As far as shipping is concerned, you get what you pay for. Since this company provides free shipping, you have to make compromises. They do provide you with a shipping number but their bot is a big letdown if you want to keep track of the exact location of your order. For that, we recommend using third-party tracking platforms such as track 17.
Ultimately, what matters is that they do ship their products. The orders are packaged discreetly and professionally – plus they arrive within 10 to 20 days. In fact, they arrive in roughly about 8 days if you’re ordering from France for instance.
Customer Support
In case of any queries, you’ll need to reach out to their online customer support since the company does not provide a phone number. The problem with their online support is that it is manned by bots and some of them can leave you frustrated as you try to get a meaningful response.
In such cases, you need to keep trying until a human attendant handles your request and that typically takes anywhere between 24 and 48 hours.

Our verdict as far as NeoModafinil goes is “Good but not perfect.” So, indeed, this is a company that’s worth working with although you need to brace yourself for some stubborn bots if you’re planning to get in touch with their support team.
We think that the reason for using bots is to avoid responding to basic queries so that their human attendants are freed up to handle serious queries only. Either way, it’s quite disappointing to raise a valid query only to have an incoherent bot respond to you.
Anyways, the bottom line is that this is a good Modafinil vendor. We’d have given them a 5-stars rating but we’ll give them a 4-star rating for now until they work on their customer support system.
